Description

The aim of sociology is to cultivate an understanding of complex theoretical teaching schemes, as well as coping with more powerful research and analytical methods which are necessary for the scientific understanding of a changing world.

Curriculum

Instruction focuses on developing the ability of listeners to obtain and process different types sociologically important information. Emphasis is placed on promoting independence, criticality and innovation. Studying sociology develops and enriches the theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills, but also allows for the adoption of such knowledge and skills among graduates of related disciplines. Prepare profiling in the following areas eg. cultural sociology, urban studies, migration studies, population studies, social anthropology and gender studies.
